Empower Notary Summit 2025 – Terms & Conditions

A legal disclaimer

Effective Date: February 22, 2025

By purchasing a ticket and attending the 2025 Empower Notary Summit (the “Event”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase & Registration

1.1. All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only available if requested at least 45 days prior to the event (by August 6, 2025). No refunds will be issued after this date.
1.2. Tickets are transferable if you are unable to attend. You must notify event organizers in writing at support@notarytraininghub.com to transfer your ticket.
1.3. Ticket holders must present a valid photo ID upon check-in at the event.
1.4. Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee engaging in disruptive, inappropriate, or unlawful behavior.

2. Event Content & Schedule

2.1. The event schedule, speakers, and content are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
2.2. Event organizers are not responsible for any opinions, advice, or recommendations provided by speakers, panelists, or vendors.
2.3. Any unauthorized recording, live streaming, or distribution of event content is strictly prohibited.

3. Photography, Video, & Media Release

3.1. By attending the Empower Notary Summit 2025, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You may be photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event.

  • These photos, videos, and recordings may be used by event organizers for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes, including but not limited to use on the event website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and future event promotions.

  • You waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished content.

  • You release Notary Training Hub, event organizers, and affiliated parties from any claims related to the use of your image, likeness, or voice in promotional materials.

If you have concerns about being recorded, please contact event organizers at support@notarytraininghub.com prior to the event.

4. Liability Waiver

4.1. Attendees assume all risks related to participation in the event, including but not limited to injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
4.2. The event organizers, venue, sponsors, and affiliated parties shall not be held liable for any accidents, illnesses, injuries, or damages incurred before, during, or after the event.
4.3. Attendees are responsible for their own travel, accommodations, and personal expenses.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1. The Empower Notary Summit is a professional event. All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner.
5.2. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct toward speakers, attendees, vendors, or event staff will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
5.3. Attendees must comply with all local laws, venue policies, and event rules.

6. Force Majeure & Event Changes

6.1. If the event is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled due to circumstances beyond the organizers' control (including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, pandemics, venue restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies), ticket holders will be notified of available options.
6.2. Organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event as needed.
